What you need after is a Code writer
- select Please Select Com Port
- Go to your Modem Port
- Unlock Modem

where did you get the Hex String 53 64 2C 00
i tried several times and follow all the steps but when i search the hex string 53 64 2c 00, the result is "string not found"
please help
don 't follow the steps you won't find hex in some Modems. try to download the unlock tool
