علمت المهاجر من مصادر مقربة أن السيد إسماعيلي مولاي سلمى والد المعتقل السياسي في سجون الجزائر والبوليساريو مصطفى ولد سيدي مولود , قد نقل على وجه الإستعجال إلى مستشفى جورج واشنطن بالعاصمة الأميركية 

وذلك على إثر أزمة صحية المت به حين كان يجري إتصالات بمجلس الكونغريس الأميركي في مساع لمعرفة مصير إبنه

يذكر أن السيد إسماعيلي مولاي سلمى ولد سيدي مولود يوجد بواشنطن بدعوة من (ليدر شيب كانسل فور هيومن رايتس) أحد أهم منظمات حقوق الانسان بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
كما أجرى السيد إسماعيلي في العاصمة الفيدرالية للولايات المتحدة سلسلة لقاءات مع ممثلي الإدارة الامريكية وأعضاء الكونغرس ومنظمات غير حكومية ناشطة في مجال حقوق الإنسان ووسائل إعلام مطالبا المساعدة والمساهمة في الجهود من أجل تحرير إبنه , 

فمتى يتحرك المجتمع الدولي ؟ ومتى تتحرك الولايات المتحدة وأعضاء مجلس الأمن ؟ ومتى ترحم الجزائر والبوليساريو شيخوخة ومرض هذا الب العجوز ؟

في اقتفائها أثر ستة حواسيب إلكترونية تمت سرقتها ليلة 18 - 19 شتنبر الماضي بمدينة "بولونيا" الإيطالية لجأت شرطة البريد بنفس المدينة إلى استخدام نظام معلوماتي مكنها من تحديد مكان تواجد هذه الحواسيب، ومتابعة ومشاهدة بث حي مباشر لخمسة مهاجرين مغاربة اقتنوا خمسة منها من السارق الفعلي (41 سنة) الذي ينحدر من مدينة "نابولي".

وقد مكن ربط إحدى الحواسيب الستة بالشبكة العنكبوتية (الأنترنيت) مصالح الشرطة الإيطالية من التحكم عن بعد لتشغيل "الويب كام" (الكاميرا) المثبتة على نفس الحاسوب بحيث أتاح للشرطة مشاهدة كل ما كان يدور أمام هذه الكاميرا من غير أن يتفطن مستعملو الحاسوب إلى ذلك بالرغم إلى أن تشغيل الكاميرا يصاحبه اشتعال ضوء صغير (الليد) بجانبها، وقد تم من خلال معطيات خط الإتصال (الهاتف) تحديد مكان تواجد الحاسوب 

لتقوم قوات الشرطة فجر يوم 23 شتنبر بتوقيف خمسة شبان مغاربة ثلاثة منهم يتواجدون في وضعية غير قانونية تم تحويلهم في مباشرة إلى مركز تحديد الهوية للأجانب ريثما يتم الانتهاء من إجراءات طردهم نحو المغرب،كما تم الحجز على الحواسيب الخمسة المسروقة التي كانت مع المهاجرين المغاربة.

وحسب صحيفة "إلكورييري كيلا سيرا" فإن المهاجرين المغاربة يواجهون بالإضافة إلى تهمة حيازة المواد المسروقة تهمة أخرى تتمثل في استعمال غير القانوني للإنترنيت وذلك من خلال دخولهم عبر نظام اتصال أحد جيرانهم الذي يعتمد نظام "الويرليس" (اللاسيلكي) وهذا ما جعل الشرطة في البداية تتوجه صوب منزل هذا الجار إلا أن معرفتها المسبقة بالأشخاص المعنيين من خلال "الويب كام" جعلها تتدارك الأمر بسرعة.

ومن خلال عملية رفع البصمات وتصريحات المهاجرين المغاربة تم توقيف صاحب عملية السرقة الحقيقي  يوم 29 شتنبر الماضي والذي تبين أنه ينحدر من مدينة "نابولي" وأن له سوابق عدلية كثيرة.

Morocco welcomes the release of Mustpaha Ould Sidi Mouloud

Morocco welcomed, the announcement, Wednesday, of the release of Mustapha Selma Ould Sidi Mouloud, who was kidnapped on September 21 

on his way to the location of his usual residence, in the Tindouf camps, on the Algerian territory.
This outcome is, even on the admission of those responsible for his arbitrary detention, the fruit of the strong, efficient mobilization of national and international stakeholders and organizations, attached to the lofty principles of human rights, Morocco's Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
It added that the release came following pressure exerted on Algeria considering its established legal and political responsibilities in this matter.
The Kingdom recalls that Mustapha Selma Ould Sidi Mouloud, who endured serious physical and moral harm during his abduction, did nothing but expressing, freely and publicly, his support for Morocco's autonomy initiative, an opinion widely supported internationally and shared by the majority of Sahrawis, not only in the southern provinces, but also in the Tindouf camps.
The Kingdom urges the international community to guarantee full freedom of movement of Mustapha Selma Ould Sidi Mouloud and ensure respect for his primarily humanitarian right to join his family, wherever they may be. It also calls for his right to freely express his political choices to be secured, the statement added.
To this end, all Moroccan political class and stakeholders will pursue their mobilisation to restore Mustapha Selma Ould Sid Mouloud’s entire rights.
Morocco takes this opportunity to recall the illegal, unacceptable nature, from all viewpoints, of the detention of Mustapha Selma Ould Sidi Mouloud and express, once again, its full rejection of the fallacious pretexts and misleading quibbles on the existence of so-called “legislation”, “judicial organs”, “institutions of sadr” or “liberated territories”. The status of the area east of the berm is clearly defined, its nature and history are well known, and can in no way be subject to ambiguity or exploitation, the statement concluded.

leaders of the US congress Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart, (R-FL) and Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) sent a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton requesting US 

action to secure the immediate release of Mustapha Salma Ould Sidi Mouloud, the outspoken Sahrawi police chief arrested by the Polisario Front last week as he tried to rejoin his wife and children in Algeria’s Tindouf refugee camps.
The letter joins many calls from international human rights advocacy groups criticizing the Polisario’s arrest of its own Chief Police Inspector for alleged “treason” and “espionage”—simply for showing his support of a Moroccan autonomy solution to reunite Sahrawi families and end more than three decades of the Sahara conflict.
“We are writing today to express our concern for the safety and well being of Mustapha Salma Ould Sidi Mouloud,” wrote Rep. Diaz-Balart, co-chair of the Bipartisan Congressional Refugee Caucus, and Rep. Moran, member of the House Democratic Caucus leadership, both ardent international human rights advocates. “We urge the State Department to work to secure the immediate release of Mr. Sidi Mouloud.  He, and everyone in the refugee camps, should be allowed the right to movement, freedom of speech, and liberty.”
The letter notes that Sidi Mouloud was in Morocco on a recent UN-sponsored family visit. After seeing the progress in W. Sahara, which he had not seen in more than three decades, he announced his intention to return to the refugee camps to express his support for Morocco’s compromise autonomy plan to resolve the 35-year W. Sahara dispute. The letter cites concern from international human rights organizations—including Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Leadership Council for Human Rights, and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)—criticizing the arrest for violating Sidi Mouloud’s rights and voicing concern for his safety.
